Our services are designed not only for the Participant, but also for the family Caregiver who needs reliable support. Whether Caregivers need a few hours to work, attend appointments, or simply recharge, we provide trusted care they can depend on.
Structured Daily Programming
Participants benefit from engaging daily activities that promote:

• Social interaction
• Physical movement
• Emotional well-being
• Independence and dignity
Activities may include music, light exercise, games, crafts, conversation groups, gardening and community outings when appropriate.
Safe Medication & Health Oversight
We follow structured medication management and health monitoring procedures aligned with Virginia adult day care regulations, ensuring medications and health needs are handled safely and responsibly. We also require participants have a recent physical examination to deter the spread of contagious/infectious diseases.
Home-Style Meals and Nutrition Support
Participants receive nutritious meals and snacks prepared with attention to dietary needs and preferences. Menus are shared with participants and their families in advance.
Transportation Support Options
We assist families in coordinating transportation options, including local paratransit services, to help participants and staff safely travel to and from the program and scheduled activities.
