  Humble but Loving Beginnings

JoEtta's Blessing was created due to the love and kindness Joseph (Joe) and Luetta (Etta) Johnson provided their family members in their beautiful three-bedroom home. In 1970 Joseph worked as a longshoreman not only providing for his wife and two teenaged sons but also taking in three of their daughters and their families at the same time. The oldest daughter had a husband and two children, the middle daughter had a husband and three children, and the youngest daughter had three children. At the ages of 70 and 57 Joe and Etta simultaneously had 17 people living in their 3-bedroom home.  Joe and Etta eventually helped their family members become self-sufficient and learn to live independently - but some people do not get breaks from caregiving. JoEtta’s Blessing, LLC was started January 30, 2025 due to the cries for help in the caregiving communities. Caregiving is not an easy task.  Caregivers deserve "Me" time - time for "Self".  JoEtta’s Blessing LLC allows Caregivers to take timeout to handle their "own" wellness. Whether it is a mini-vacation, a trip to the nail salon or a long overdue nap - we have a caring staff that offers Respite care with heavenly love while the Caregiver gets the rest they need.
